How can I return or exchange merchandise purchased online or over the phone?
Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for item(s) that you'd like to return. Simply visit Contact us to create a ticket. We will arrange a collection to you once your ticket is accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 10 working days of return once the request approved. Kindly note that by accessment. Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on engraved and customised pieces.

Merchandise purchased online, with the exception of online only items, will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.

How do I know if my return has been received?
Please allow up to 10 working days, from the day your return has been received back with us, for our expert to estimate the article. Once the return has been approve and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
What are the delivery times and rates?
Delivery is complimentary for orders over 2,000 AED. We will charge 100 AED for orders below 2.000 AED. Please allow 2 working day to deliver your order.

How do I care for my diamond jewellery?
Professional cleaning

Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of platinum and gold. Tiffany & Co. suggests that your ring receive periodic professional maintenance. Our trained staff will check the setting and give your ring a thorough cleaning.

Day-to-Day Care

Between professional cleanings, Tiffany & Co. recommends the occasional use of a non-abrasive cleaner for diamond jewellery. A mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia may be applied with a soft bristle brush. Jewellery with stones other than diamonds may need other care.



To clean your Tiffany diamond ring. Follow the warnings and instructions included. For delicate gemstones, use a soft brush with a solution of mild dish soap and lukewarm water. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth.
